What is Duck Rice?

Duck Rice (鴨肉飯) is one of Taiwan’s popular rice and braised dishes, found in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung and all over Taiwan. Tender shredded duck piled on white rice, drizzled with savory duck sauce and topped with fried shallots and green onion. A simple, satisfying bowl that is a little lighter than pork rice dishes.
